Meet Emma Rotondo, our August Employee Spotlight! Emma is our Analytics and Business Development Manager, who has been a key team member since 2023. She excels in analyzing data to provide insights into production and growth, and she plays a crucial role in shaping and guiding our business strategy.
How long have you been working at Pure Solutions?
I have been working here since last August, so almost one year now.
What is your favorite part about working at Pure Solutions?
I really like working closely with different members of the team and gaining experience in all different areas within the business aside from just focusing on one area.
What is something we can find you doing in your free time?
In my free time, you will always find me listening to music or going to a concert.
What is something most people don't know about you?
Most people do not know that I used to dance. I did different styles of dance like ballet, lyrical, jazz, and tap from the age of two until my freshman year in college (a total of 17 years).
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
The idea of doing something meaningful, whether it be making new connections with people or brightening someone’s day is what motivates me.
Who inspires you?
My dad inspires me the most as he is the most hardworking person I know. I owe everything to him and my mom!
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about data-based decision-making and helping others.
What is something you learned at Pure Solutions?
I have learned many things at Pure Solutions, but one of the most important things I learned was how to work on a team. Before working here, I had little experience with teamwork in a professional setting, and the experience has been invaluable to me.
