Meet the college students of Pure Solutions, our August Employee Spotlights! As their time with us comes to an end this summer, we wanted to showcase them as a token of our appreciation before they each go back to school.

How long have you been working at Pure Solutions?
MT: This is my second summer working at Pure Solutions
M: About three months
R: I started working at Pure this summer

What is your favorite part about working at Pure Solutions?
MT: My favorite part about Pure Solutions is the amazing scenery I get to explore and experience
M: The environment & team
R: I get to be in a truck by myself and I like the feeling of doing everything myself
F: Driving around a truck listening to music all day and seeing beautiful different backyards to plan for my future one
C: I love the freedom we're given
K: Having trucks to drive yourself
S: My favorite part is waking up and seeing the whole crew every morning
What is something most people don't know about you?
MT: One thing most people don't know about me is I like to do photography
M: I'm a righty for everything other than shooting a basketball
R: I love being in the wilderness, which is why I like this job
F: I enjoy listening to podcasts
C: I like to play guitar
K: I like to fish
S: I have a twin brother
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
MT: The main motivation that gets me to wake up and go to work is that this is one of the many steps towards my end goal
M: My family & making money
R: That paycheck every Friday
F: To fund my antics
C: Making money to get myself through college
K: Being able to supply my food habit
S: To be able to talk to everyone every morning and making money
Who inspires you?
MT: The person that inspires me the most is my past self, and my mom
M: My mom and dad
R: I'm inspired by my mom and dad; they work so hard for the family and it makes me want to do the same

What are you passionate about?
MT: I'm really passionate about my self-improvement and anime
M: Soccer
R: I'm very passionate about sports
F: My friends, my family, my 2k and my career
C: I love cars, trucks, motorcycles (anything with a motor)

How would you describe yourself in three words?
MT: Observant, enigma, clever

MT: I plan on being a millionaire in four years
M: I'm Guatemalan
R: I am a computer science major
F: I have a pet Bearded Dragon
C: I used to volunteer to teach kids how to sail on the Cape
K: I used to wrestle
S: I have only been on a plane two times
What is something you learned at Pure Solutions?
MT: I learned a lot about different plant species
M: I learned a lot about lawn care and different ways to maintain a green lawn
R: Pure Solutions has made me a better worker, and has given me a better work ethic
F: I learned better overall driving skills, and increased my knowledge of plants and trees
C: Having good managers makes the whole system run very smooth (it starts at the top)
K: That you don't need toxic chemicals to get rid of mosquitoes
S: I learned how to manage multiple tasks at once
Where are you going to school?
MT: Wentworth Institute of Technology
M: Worcester State University
R: I'm going to Quinnipiac
F: I'm attending Saint Michaels in Vermont
C: Worcester Polytechnic Institute for mechanical engineering
K: I'm going to Texas Tech
S: I'm attending The Peterson School to become an electrician
