Meet Duffy! In our July Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting our one of our Field Specialist Managers: Daniel Duffy. Duffy grew up in Boston, MA and has worked with Pure Solutions for 4 years.
What is your favorite part about working at Pure Solutions?
Job satisfaction. Feeling like I've made a difference in people's safety in their own yards. Even though it might seem small, the comfort in knowing your children can play in their backyard safely has a huge impact.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I'm a songwriter and musician I've been performing live music most of my life.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
My crew and our clients. Over the years I've developed relationships with both clients and crew members. It's paramount that the clients can rest easy knowing that their yards will be safer and that they will receive the best possible service available in this industry. My crew relies on me for leadership and support on a daily basis. I try to lead by example. I will never ask a crew member to do something I would not be willing to do myself.

What are you passionate about?
Music.
How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Goofy, Fair and Empathetic.
What drew you to Pure Solutions?
The ability to work outdoors and helping families stay safe using organic products.
