Meet Jose! In our June Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting one of our Lead Field Specialists: Jose Rosado. Jose has worked with Pure Solutions since August 2020.
What is your favorite part about working at Pure Solutions?
I enjoy providing a service to our customers that benefits their pets and families and allows them to be able to enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind of protection from ticks and mosquitos.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I was a track all-star in high school, becoming a state champion and finalist in several events.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
My family motivates me. I wake up and work day and night to provide for and take care of my family, to give them all that I can and the things I didn’t have myself as a child.
Who inspires you?
My father inspires me. He has always lived his life happy and outgoing, the life of the party and hardworking. His great work ethic has rubbed off on me and I'm always willing to do anything and everything to get any job done once I put my mind to it.
What are you passionate about?
I guess I would say I’m passionate about helping others. I would take the shirt off my back to help others in need and do anything for my family and friends, whihc is probably why I fit in so well with these types of service jobs, I love to make people happy and smile.

What drew you to Pure Solutions?
Coming from many years of retail & family entertainment management, the idea of being outdoors and having a great work-life balance and great work schedule. That was a no-brainer for me, to be able to spend more time with my family and have weekends off.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us?
I’m a huge super hero nerd. I love comic books and all things Marvel Comics.
What is your favorite type of property to service?
My favorite types of properties are the ones off a beach or lake. I love being near the water with beautiful views, it’s like a little escape and calming atmosphere to work in.
