Meet Bobby! In our first ever Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting our Field Manager of our Chatham, MA location; Bobby McGillivray. Bobby grew up on Cape Cod, MA and has worked with Pure Solutions since 2016. He oversees all field specialist day to day activities while also servicing properties.

What is something most people don't know about you?
When I was 20 years old, I packed up all my stuff and moved to Colorado for 2 years. It was very unexpected.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
Wanting to prove to myself that I can be successful in whatever I put my mind to. I also love working with and for a great group of individuals.
Who inspires you?
I would say I inspire myself. I had a tough upbringing and because of that, I am motivated to always let my past make me better not bitter!
What are you passionate about?
I am most passionate about sports and family. Sports is something I will always cherish because growing up it gave me the tools that I would need later in life to be successful. Whether that be team work, leadership, tough skin, hard work or determination.
How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Perseverant, Selfless and Stubborn.
What drew you to Pure Solutions?
Being able to provide a service that is not only beneficial and important but also safer for the community. This is very meaningful to me.
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us?
I am definitely the best dancer that I know of. I am willing to dance to anything!
What is your favorite part about working at Pure Solutions?
To have the ability to make a positive impact in the community that I grew up in. This gives me the opportunity to work outside everyday interacting with members of my community.
